Created by fusing layers of clear glass, a layer of this steel blue glass and cabouchons of prefused clear glass placed on top.   As the glass fuses together to achieve the 6mm depth, the clear cabouchons appear to displace the colour below creating this wonderful eyeglass effect.
 
The fused glass rectangle then slump fused to create the candle bridge.
