Rectangular dish created with with the bright blue transparent glass fused with a layer of clear glass to create the small champagne bubbles you will see in Bullseye glass.   Tack fused with a tiny pink heart embellishment in the corner and then a final fusing to slump it into shape.
 
Perfect on a dressing table, side table or as a decorative item.
