Rectangular dish created with with the bright blue transparent glass fused with a layer of clear glass to create the small champagne bubbles you will see in Bullseye glass.   A heart shaped piece of thin silver was fused between the layers and gives this lovely age to the silver as it's been stretched and contracted as the glass heats/cools.  One final firing to slump it into shape.
 
Perfect on a dressing table, side table or as a decorative item.
