This little dish was created by placing tiny strips of copper along two edges and some curled copper wire peeping out from the heart and fusing between two squares of clear glass.  During the firing process the copper has turned this rich plum coour.   
 
You can also see clearly the trademark little champagne bubbles, a feature of fused glass, in the dish.
