This 'Out of the Blue' glass pendant has been handmade by layering several different blue opal and transparent glass and firing in my kiln to melt together to create the depth you see in this piece.
 
I then cut off the edges with a saw and then grind them further to create the pendant shape.  A hole is drilled for a chain or suede thong and then fire polished to create the softened edges.
 
The pendant is sold gift boxed with a complimentary suede thong.
