This pendant was inspired by Prue Leith's jewellery as seen on The Bake Off!  This glass pendant has been handmade by layering several different opal and transparent glass pieces and firing in my kiln to melt together to create the depth you see in this piece.
 
I then cut off the edges with a saw and then grind the edges further to create the pendant shape.  A final fire polish firing smooths the surface and softens the edges.  A sterling silver bail is attached to finish the piece.
 
The pendant is sold gift boxed with a complimentary suede thong.
